2 million units of Spider-Man 2 shipped
Activision's Spidey is selling good, as expected.
Wednesday, July 7, 2004 - Activision today announced the company has shipped in North America more than two million copies of its Spider-Man 2 game, based on the theatrical release of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2. The game, currently available in all stores, puts the players in the role of Spider-Man in a virtual Manhattan - a living city, a sort of Vice City complete with traffic, trains, and helicopters.

Notice: Ps2Fantasy.com has been undergoing a major redesign for a long time. Ps2Fantasy.com will soon become PsFantasy.com, a professional network of websites covering all PlayStation platforms. We will offer more updates than ever, in-depth content, and a series of services to our community. During this process, functionality of this website and frequency of updates are very limited.
While the game is based on the movie's storyline, the players have the choice to embark on exclusive game missions in which they will have to protect citizens and face popular Marvel super-villains.
Spider-Man is available for PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, PC, and Game Boy Advance.
