400,000 players playing online with Square Enix

Thursday, November 20, 2003 - Square Enix announced today that currently, 400,000 players have registered as members of irs PlayOnline Online gaming service.
The company declared that there was a big boost over the past few months thanks to the release of Final Fantasy XI for PC in North America.
In March 2004, players will be able to play Final Fantasy XI with their Playstation 2 in North America.
