Majesco announces BloodRayne

Thursday, November 29, 2001 - Majesco announced today its first multi-platform game, BloodRayne.
The game will be available for Playstation 2, X-Box, Gamecube and PC.
“As our first product to be released across all advanced gaming systems, BloodRane represents another benchmark in the growth of our publishing business,” said Jesse Sutton, President of Majesco. “With its immersive gameplay, compelling storyline, and captivating lead character, BloodRayne has the potential to become a cornerstone franchise for years to come.”
Developed by Terminal Reality, BloodRayne is an adventure/action thriller game in third person, where the player takes the role of Agent BloodyRayne a beautiful woman gifted with supernatural powers.
"Agent BloodRayne’s lethal repertoire includes inhuman strength, spectacular leaping and acrobatic skills, night vision, zoom vision and slow-motion perception that enables her to weave in and out of
bullets. By feeding off the blood of other creatures, she is able to sustain her life force, however her undying thirst for blood compels her onward until she is driven into ‘Bloodlust’ where she achieves near invincibility and unstoppable lethality" reported Majesco.
The game is slated for release during the fourth-quarter of 2002.
