Tuesday, November 6, 2001 - On November 23rd, Konami's Silent Hill 2 will finally hit the shelves in Europe. It was officially anounced that a special edition of this title, featuring a special extra DVD, will be released.
First of all, the DVD will feature a documentary about the making of Silent Hill 2. The documentary deals with each aspect of the game's development: characters, creatures, backgrounds, music, psychology and much more. The developers will talk about the particular choices behind the noir look of Silent Hill 2, like the use of the special grainy filter.
The extra DVD will feature a gallery of images, original artworks, screenshots, detailed biographies of the staff members. Included in the demo there is also a series of trailers from the most important Konami's titles,like Metal Gear Solid 2.
