Saturday, June 16, 2001 - The new Ape Escape, entitled Ape Escape 2001, will hit the shelves in Japan on July 5th. No words about the U.S. and European release. In the new game you'll have to capture 2001 different mad monkeys. Sony assured that the AI of the virtual little primates has been improved in this new instalment. It seems Ps2 owners will remember these months as the months of the monkeys. In fact the release of the wonderful Monkey Island 4 is imminent.
