The graphic engine developed for Stunt Gp is solid. There aren’t noticeable slowdowns, pop-ups or aliasing issues. The 16 car models available are the best-looking RC cars ever seen in a videogame. They are smoothly animated, full of details and will make all RC lovers a bit more happy. The tracks are well designed, varied, full of colors.
Stunt Gp is a funny-looking game, with a style that’s completely different from the ultra realistic racing titles available on Ps2. Probably it lacks the speed of other racing games, but overall the work done with the graphics is good.
Nothing to say here. The cars’ noises are annoying and the music is repetitive. We all know that Arcade games have usually a generic soundtrack, but compared to titles like Ridge Racer V or Wild Wild Racing, Stunt Gp has really bad sounds.
The trick system is a bit repetitive and the sounds are annoying, but this game is challenging and amusing. With five Single Player modes, two multiplayer modes, 16 cars and more than twenty tracks, you should keep on playing this game for more than just a few hours.
