Thursday, July 8, 2004 - Ignition Entertainment today announced the company has signed an agreement to publish SNK's games throughout Europe. The agreement will start with the release of Metal Slug Advance and Metal Slug 3 on PlayStation 2 and Xbox in October 2004. Between September 2004 and early 2005, European players will get console versions of many of SNK's most popular franchises, including King of Fighters: Maximum Impact (the series' first 3D game), Samurai Shodown, Metal Slug, and SNK vs. Capcom.
