Ps2 price cut in Europe !
Sunday, June 17, 2001 - This week Sony cut the price for the Ps2 in many European countries eight percentage point. These are the new prices for the console:
England: £ 229
France: F 2790
Italy: Lire 829,000
Spain: ESP 69.900
No words about a possible price cut in Germany. For more informations, check the European Playstation.com site. Anyhow, the price is still higher than the one in the U.S. In fact a European console costs still about 45 $ more than in the U.S.
